How to Get Started

Education Requirements

Nurses typically need an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). BSN is increasingly preferred. Must pass the NCLEX-RN exam to become licensed. Some roles may require a master's degree for advancement.
